KC was a terrific technician. I watched him perform part of the time and he had talent, correct tools and the material he needed. He was also very helpful on advising on a couple of simple repairs that I wanted to tackle on my own. Four Seasons will be on our speed dial for future repairs. Several weeks ago, Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning repaired a unit for me but stated the coils were likely to fail.  Yes, they did so the unit had to be replaced.  Ken was provided a key and did the installation as promised.  Would definitely use him again

The new fireplace from Four Seasons is perfect.  Ken helped us design the project, and offered great options we had not considered.  I was impressed by his crew's professionalism and craftsmanship. Ken and his crew put in an amazing gas fireplace in our new home in just a few short days. The work was professional and they were extremely kind and courteous. We are so happy with the finished fireplace. The constructed a new wall in the room for the fireplace and installed ahandmade mantle that looks phenomenal. The carpentry and the painting was perfect, and they even rehung our TV for us above the fireplace.We couldn’t be happier with the quality of craftsmanship and the timely and professional installation. The service, professionalism, thoroughness by Ken and his crew has been unmatched. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and that same day (end of what I'm sure was a long work day for Ken), Ken popped over to examine what was going on. Said he and his guys could work to install a new unit in two days. I've been told nightmare scenarios that people have had to wait a week or more. Those guys worked their butts off the day they installed it; removing the old equipment, installing the new, putting a surge protector on it, etc. It felt like no stone was left unturned. I needed some help with a gas log, Ken graciously told me how to solve my problem, walked me though the steps and got my fireplace working again.  Very knowledgeable and helpful, I will use them again when I need the services they provide!!
